Refund policy

Rebike LTD ("Rebike UK", "we", "us") wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains your right to change your mind and return a bike, as well as how refunds work.

14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your bike, without giving any reason.

To cancel, email us at rebikeuk@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days from that notice to send the bike back to us.

Condition of Returned Bikes

Please only handle the bike as you would in a shop — check it over, but don't ride it further than necessary to inspect it. If a returned bike shows signs of use beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in its value. The bike must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with all original accessories and parts.

Return Postage

You're responsible for the cost of returning the bike to us. We recommend a tracked courier suitable for bikes, as we can't issue a refund if the bike is lost or damaged on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned bike, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. This covers the price you paid for the bike; the original delivery charge is refunded only if the whole order is cancelled.

Faulty or Damaged Bikes

If your bike arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault, this policy is in addition to — and doesn't affect — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our 60-Day Warranty. See our Warranty page for details on mechanical cover.
