Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rebikeuk.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are Rebike Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17140142, registered office at 42a Cambridge Road, Biggleswade, United Kingdom, SG18 9PS ("Rebike", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at rebikeuk@gmail.com.
2. Our products We sell secondhand and refurbished bicycles and related parts/accessories. Every bike is inspected and, where needed, serviced before listing. Cosmetic wear consistent with a used bike should be expected and, where significant, will be disclosed in the listing. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith to reflect the actual condition of each bike, but as secondhand goods, minor variation from photos (e.g. lighting, minor marks) may occur.
3. Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch your order. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable (Rebike is not currently VAT registered). We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a bike is no longer available, priced in error, or fails a pre-dispatch inspection.
4. Delivery See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, costs, and timeframes. Risk in the bike passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full.
5. Your right to cancel If you are a consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email rebikeuk@gmail.com. You'll need to return the bike at your own cost, in the condition it was received, and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back. This right doesn't affect your separate rights under our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Faulty or misdescribed goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality (accounting for their age, condition, and secondhand nature). If a bike doesn't meet this standard, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
7. Our liability Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability to you for losses arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant bike.
8. General We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in place at the time you order applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
