Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received, following a final pre-dispatch check of the bike.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on courier and location (Highlands, Islands, and other remote UK postcodes may take a little longer).

Shipping costs: Calculated based on bike size and value and shown at checkout before you pay. Smaller bikes are boxed and sent via Royal Mail; larger or higher-value bikes are sent via an insured specialist bike courier.

Packaging: Bikes are professionally boxed and partially disassembled (e.g. wheels off, seat/handlebars adjusted) to travel safely. Basic reassembly instructions are included, or feel free to get in touch if you'd like guidance.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local collection: Local collection (Manchester area) is available on request — get in touch before ordering if you'd prefer to collect.

Damaged in transit: All shipments are insured. If your bike arrives damaged, contact us at rebikeuk@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we'll sort a repair, replacement, or refund.
