Delivery Information
We want getting your new bike to you to be as easy as possible. Every order comes with free, fully insured shipping as standard, and if you'd rather skip reassembly, fully assembled van delivery is available too.
Standard Delivery — Free
Every bike is carefully boxed and shipped via Royal Mail, fully insured. Your bike will arrive partially disassembled (pedals, front wheel, handlebars/seat) — a quick and easy job to put back together, and we're always on hand if you have any questions.

Van Delivery — Fully Assembled
Prefer to skip the toolkit? For an additional fee, we can arrange fully assembled van delivery straight to your door via a specialist bike courier (Cycle Courier), so your bike arrives ready to ride — no reassembly required.
- Non-ebike: £80
- Ebike: £100
Get in touch before or after ordering to arrange van delivery — we'll confirm availability for your postcode and delivery timing.
Local Collection — Free
Based near Manchester? You're welcome to collect your bike in person, free of charge, by appointment.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. If a specific bike has a longer lead time for any reason, we'll let you know before or shortly after you order.
If Something Arrives Damaged
It's rare, but if a bike ever arrives damaged, contact us straight away with some photos. Our policy is simple: we side with the buyer and sort it out quickly — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or a repair, whatever's the right fix for the situation.
